God will Punish the Oppressors The world is in a bad state. It is difficult to know what the truth is regarding one event or another and there is a cacophony of shrill voices that shout opinions and calls for action, sometimes militantly. It is all very confusing to me and the one thing that comes clearly is that the strongest and loudest voices among mankind, utilizing all the human wisdom available to us, will only lead us down darker paths, toward a vengeful and ultimately destructive goal. The only hope for any of us is to seek out and follow the will of the true God and Father of us all, typically far beyond what we have been willing to do in the past.

Learn to Trust God

Many people profess a belief in God. This is a good thing, but it is at best a faltering first step in a long journey where we must learn and act in complete faith in Him and his purposes. Life teaches us that following just anyone is a dangerous thing and that we are easily deceived by often crafty and seductive voices that offer to lead us into comfortable paths. It is easy to also apply this same skepticism to a God that seems absent or indifferent to your pain, but I urge to not to do so.

There is most definitely a God and he most definitely cares about what happens to each of us. We are literally his children and he is our righteous and loving father. When you can see God in this way, you can also see him wishing you well as you left his heavenly home and were born here on earth to live life on your own terms and prove yourself.

As a father myself, I must hold myself back often from my natural tendency to step in and save my children (especially my adult children) from missteps and mistakes I made when I was their age. I must now wait for them to come to me for advice instead of barging in every time and offering it unsolicited. We must all grow up and gain experience outside of the shelter of our parents' constant watch-care and the same is true of God's parenting of us in our sojourn on earth. We must do our best in rising to the challenges about us and humbling ourselves enough to ask our father God for his advice.

As you follow God's counsel and see his wisdom, you will come to trust him. This trust in God is absolutely vital in the whirlwind that we live in today if we hope to find happiness and joy in this life and in the life to come afterwards.

Trust that God is Letting Things Happen for a Reason

Trust that God is Determining What Kind of Person Each One of Us Is
You are here to become something. 'You determine what you become.' God, your father, wants you to become like him (a god), which is your heritage and well within your capacity. Of course, he will encourage us in that way, but never force us.
Trust that God Loves You in A Very Personal Way and Watches Over You with Purpose
We must remember that God will not help us to not progress, which is counter to his plan for us. If you don't feel Heavenly Father's love, you should examine whether your behavior and demeanor allows you to feel at all.
Trust that God will Reward Goodness and will Punish Evil
God's love does not cover evil - punishment reveals the love of God.

God Will Punish The Oppressors

Don't Take the Law Into Your Own Hands
Evil Has To Happen So That God Can Punish It

But what should a person do? Surely, something needs to be done! After all, isn't the world going to fall apart if I and many other people simply end up doing nothing? I have struggled with all these feelings and have come to a few conclusions about what little people like me and you can do about circumstances around us.
